The Bank Hotel - Amsterdam

Magnificent! The staff went above and beyond during the entire stay. The comfort and service surpassed every other hotel we stayed in while in Europe. Excellent value for your money. The location was perfect for walking around the city and enjoying shopping and local bakeries and cafes. Best beds in Europe! Highly recommended.

Absolutely nothing bad to say!

The location in Haarlem is great. You are close to Jordaan (the cute shops and restaurants and sights along the canals) as well as Center City (with its sights). The rooms are very clean and adequate, as is the lobby.

Get the internet working asap! Also, the bathrooms are a bit awkward- glass walls enclose them.

Staff was warm, welcoming & eager to assist. Newly renovated room was spacious, comfortable, bright, airy & modern. Unique artwork throughout hotel and in rooms. Huge modern bathroom with heated stone floors. Beds were fluffy & comfortable. Hotel was a joy to return to mid-day to rest & have a cup of tea before venturing back out in the evenings.

Wi-fi was unavailable in the rooms as the signal would not reach through the soundproof walls. However, hotel staff apologetically informed us of this on check-in and refunded the wi-fi rate for our stay.

The hotel staff were wonderful

There was a lot of construction around/in the hotel at the time of our stay so at times it was a bit noisy.

Friendly staff, the hotel facilities were great (fantastic bed), great breakfast, knowledgeable staff about tourist sites and were very helpful. I really enjoyed the hotel. Only suggestion to improve is the bathroom products (I.e soap, shampoo) which could be of a better quality given the type of hotel.

Good, basic room, but with all you need. A great bed, good shower, flatscreen tv, free WiFi, bathrobes and soft, thick towels. Very good value for the price to pay at an excellent location! Will certainly come back.

Excellent location, a very pleasant street to stay on within walking distance of the station and centre of town. Was just on a stopover between flights so not a lot of time in Amsterdam, however my partner was so impressed with the city and the Hotel that we intend to revisit both at the earliest opportunity

The pleasant, clean rooms with no fuss or faffing.

The cafe-bar was a bit bohemian and shabby in appearance, but perfectly functional.

The location was excellent and the staff so gentle.. The hotel so good too!

I like the "crispy modern clean" feel of the Art Dulac ... Also love the comfortable beds ..

Pillows are not so good .... rock hard and you "can't get into them" ... woke up with a cricked neck both mornings of our stay !!

the bed is very comfortable, the room clean, the bathroom was spacious. arrive at the station on foot with 5 minutes

is in a very busy shopping area during the day near the station. the bathroom has little privacy the furniture is new but sad

The place is perfect area with many cafés and restaurant and neaur the station and tram station. Le lights in the room and the bathroom are quite pleasant

The room for 2 people with 2 beds are very small. Thereis no place to put the towels One of the bed was curbed as if it had been over used!
